Performance Measurement and Benchmarking Program
The Clean Industry Development Project (CLIND) was a one-year program sponsored by the Ministry of Enterprise Development, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion and funded by the Asian Development Bank. The project was implemented jointly by International Resources Group (IRG) Ltd. of USA and Small & Medium Enterprise Developers (SMED) of Sri Lanka.
