Small and Medium Enterprise Developers (SMED) is a project of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce & Industry of Sri  Lanka (FCCISL) in collaboration with the Friedrich-Naumann Foundation of Germany. This project was established to develop and promote the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) sector in the country. We are certified for ISO 9000-2000 and SA 8000-2001.
